DescriptionPlease note that the SaaS Operations Team will be performing network and database maintenance that will impact all US Environments.
During this time, we anticipate all services being impacted, as follows:
• PointClickCare application (Login unavailable)
• Data Relay
• EMAR Backup
• Skin and Wound
• Dev Program: Development
• Dev Program: Activations
• Dev Program: Service Delivery
• Home Health
• Nutrition Management
• Messaging
The Rhapsody Messaging Service will be unavailable starting at 2:00am EST until 6:00am EST. Messages will be queued and will be delivered after the maintenance is completed.
